Independence

Temis works on the basis of individual framework agreements with organisations. At the same time, Temis carries out its activities independently and free from instructions.

Transdisciplinary expertise

The counsellors have legal or psychosocial training and combine a wide range of experience with their interest in ombudsman work. We work according to a transdisciplinary understanding of case management that has been developed and tested over many years.

Customisation and evaluation

The content of each contract/framework agreement is based on the specific needs of the respective organisation and its employees or beneficiaries. Every year, the client’s top management receives an anonymised report which can be used to shape the company culture and personnel policy.

Confidentiality and easy access

We assure those seeking advice/reporting a problem of confidentiality and also guarantee this in terms of location. Temis is available and active on working days during office hours all year round.
