Temis is an independent conflict counselling and trust centre for employees of SMEs, organisations and people living in institutions.
At a glance
Our work is based on contracts with SMEs and institutions that wish to offer their employees and/or residents an external centre of trust in the event of boundary violations and conflicts.
We provide independent and neutral advice in the event of boundary violations and conflicts that cannot be resolved or addressed internally.
Your challenge as a manager with overall responsibility
As an SME employer or an institution that has people in its care, a good company culture is important to you. You want to use preventive methods to protect your employees and those in your care from breaches of boundaries, violations of personality rights and harassment and at the same time comply with legal requirements and association recommendations (duty of care Art. 328 OR, prevention charter, soft law).
Our services: As an external counselling centre, we provide your employees/care recipients with confidential advice in conflict situations and offer mediation on request. We provide ombudsman services for private organisations:
- SMEs with salaried employees
- Institutions that care for people (children, the elderly, people with disabilities)
- Housing cooperatives
6 reasons for a professional external counselling centre
An external counselling centre is an indispensable addition to a good management and company culture,
- because the independence of a consulting service and reliably assured confidentiality are crucial in individual cases for conflicts to even be disclosed,
- because the work of a counselling centre can prevent non-transparent situations from becoming permanent,
- because such an offer is a commitment by the management to the dignity of those involved and therefore has a confidence-building effect per se,
- because it follows the realisation that conflicts and resistance are resources, not simply annoying and unnecessary inconveniences,
- because the findings from consulting activities can be utilised for management, including personnel management.
